Bruce is living in Santa Cruz County. Adamson has been busy as a "Beaver" working as a genealogist on The Barrymorefamily.com website.
Without a lawyer Adamson in 1990 won a case against the U.S. Post Office and again in 1993 against the F.B.I. Adamson is now a genealogist/historian/writer and publisher of 19 titles. In 1982 Adamson talked the youngest male Academy Award Winner, Timothy Hutton and a future Oscar Winner Sean Penn into sneaking into the movies in Westwood. We were then just kids 25 years ago.
Sean Penn is also an Alumni of Samohi. At this time Adamson leased a house out in Malibu to Tim Hutton.
Adamson has also written several books on his relatives who were prominent in U.S. history and "I have gotten more out of learning after leaving school, than I ever did while a student. Adamson's books have been accepted into Harvard, Princeton, Universities of Santa Cruz, Irvine, Kentucky, Loyola, Dallas and New York City Public Libraries. Former White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta has previously supported Adamson's research on the JFK assassination.
Will this alumni be the one who solves The Crime of the Century? Adamson believes he has done just that. Who killed Kennedy? Ask George H.W. Bush of the CIA. Adamson has been working for the past three years on a civil war video relating to his family at http://ciajfk.com/rufuseaston.html[3] for more information on it. Samohi Alumni's Mark Piesco, Kimm Hogue and Gary McGowan and actors John Savage, Robert Easton have roles in this documentary. Story is a result of Adamson's book For Which We Stand, The Life of Rufus Easton.
Query what ever happened to Lucy Cronnan ?
If you dare, Adamson may be contacted at P.O. Box 1003, Aptos, CA, 95061, or by email: bca@ciajfk.com.

I love the San Francisco Bay Area. The first time I tried snow skiing was when I was 30, and I have really enjoyed it ever since. I am a photographer, and do weddings and portraits. I also ballroom dance, direct the drama ministry at my church (BayMarin in San Rafael), and am interested in different kinds of small group environments that facilitate people's spiritual growth.

I have lived in Utah for the last 16 years and I love it! I am currently entering a new phase in my life. Becoming a reiki master, studying rapid eye, and other "metaphysical" things. Oh, all this and my full time job as a Marketing Director for a networking markeing company. I'm married to Brent Hatch, have 4 kids.
Wow! Almost 10 years since I first posted to this site so it's about time to update things. Last time I posted I reported that Lloyd and I were divorced 3 years after a 20-year marriage. Who would have thought that 12 years after we divorced, we would end up back together again? I guess it’s true what they say about soul mates. No, we’re not planning an getting married again because we’re having too much fun living in sin this time around. As for the kids, Shannen turned 30 this year, Todd is 22 and Trevor (our miracle child) will be 21. In August 2006, I finally left GTE/Verizon after a 25-year gig, and started my own business. You can check out my newest venture, Star Quality Virtual Celebrity Personal Assistance at www.rameyva.com. I’m always looking for contacts that work both ways, so if you have a service that I may be able to use in my business, email me so we can do some networking. I think I went through my mid-life crises a couple of years ago. I just stopped by a tattoo shop one day and unexpectedly, got a tat. That same year I bought a set of drums and started taking lessons. Last year, the drum set was a great tax write-off when I donated it to our local high school band department. I think I played them maybe a dozen times. I’m now on my second Mustang convertible and am looking to buy a ’65-67 one day soon. My hobbies are pretty much the same. I finally finished the romance novel I worked on for over five years. The record collection is collecting dust in storage and may end up on Ebay some day soon. In addition, I’m still running the online fan club for Barry Manilow (gasp!) 12 years now! I started following his career the same year we graduated. I knew if I hung in there long enough, he would be hip again one day. I would love to hear from other's who attended John Adams, Samohi and Olympic high. My email address is XWench@aol.com, RameyVA@RameyVA.com or StarQuality@RameyVA.com.
Barely made it through 10th grade and then was shipped off to a private all girls boarding (a lot of good THAT did:) So, I'm "life educated" as they say, and am joyully living amongst the redwoods along the way northern CA coast. It's great to look back on old familiar names (partners in crime, so to speak)... So glad to see those that "made it"... SO enjoying life! Peas to all!
I lived in Hong Kong and traveled around Asia from '92-'96. I now live in Santa Barbara and have been working for Hilton Hotels Corporation for the past 3 years as Vice President, Interior Design. I still spend much of my time travelling the world, for both work and for pleasure, with my friends and family.
I graduated from the School of Business at the University of Washington. I am a partner in the financial services firm Edward Jones Investments, and run a branch office a few miles from my home in Kirkland. My husband & I love the outdoors and spend most of our time birdwatching, hiking, biking, skiing, or working in our large garden overlooking Lake Washington. We also volunteer in our community, helping low-income families, teens, and conservation groups.

My sister Carol has been bugging me to do this for years. So I guess on the year of our 30th reunion I have waited long enough. I am currently residing in a beautiful suburb of Vancouver, BC, Canada (that's north for those not acquainted with geography) I moved here 14 years ago after experiencing the skiing and meeting my present wife (Lori) at Whistler. My life after high school has been rich and rewarding with numerous of experiences. I have focused primarily on the healthcare industry and have been the national marketing manager for a pacemaker/defibrillator company for the 5 years now. This has allowed me to travel extensively, not only in North America, but Europe as well. I have also experienced the blessing of children (3), but unlike most of you, I have spread them out (22,11,2 years of age). I wouldn't have it any other way. If you haven't experienced British Columbia, I encourage you to do so. One of the most beautiful places in the world; golf, skiing, hiking, sailing, you name it. I agree with Cam, anything worth doing can be done on a golf course. Please let me know if you are coming this way.
I would enjoy hearing from folks from our graduating class. What ever happened to...hrm...I can't remember their name! Seems like only yesterday...er, well, now that I think of it, No, it doesn't :)
September 2006-- Spent my immediate years after Samohi earning a BA at UC Irvine. A degree in Social Ecology, how 70s! I lived in Newport Beach for several years, then started moving northward. Hello Vikings! Well after barely managing to get a college degree from CSUN, I lived in Mammoth for a winter and then continued as a ski bum for a few more years while living (in EXILE!) in the Valley. Worked (and actually got paid) for the '84 Olympics, met the lovely woman who is now my wife of 10 years, got a succession of real jobs and am now living in the SF Bay Area. We have 2 great boys, Tanner (5) and Trevor (3). I hope that this site grows and we can start to rebuild some of our past frienships. Feel free to drop me a line.

I really enjoy other people’s info, so I guess I will add myself. I still live in Malibu (45 years now); I guess that makes me a permanent resident. I now reside at Buzzards Roost Ranch, near Kanan and Mulholland. I work as a park ranger (law enforcement) for the National Park Service. I sold the gas station at 35 years old and took the new path to the NPS. I am married to Connie (Fischer) class of 71? We have been married 25 years, no kids. I have seen many Malibu locals and SAMOHI alum over these many years. It never ceases to amaze me how we mellow over the years. I seem to enjoy all these folks and I am happy that we have all found our place in life. Life is good. I wrote a couple of folks that I barley knew here in the SAMO pages, I suggest you try it and make a new/old friend. I was very pleased the way people respond when you are honest.

I am an Assistant Manager at Wescom Credit Union and love it. We own a home in Thousand Oaks (2 of the girls are still at home). I'm looking for someone who was very special to me but who I hurt out of fear of getting in too deep. I was only at SMHS for a short time in '71 but, had I stayed, I would have been in the graduating class of '73. If you're out there and know who you are, I would like to hear from you. You used to play the piano for me and take me for walks around campus. I don't want to hook up. I would just like a chance to explain after all these years. Maybe we're both mature enough now to understand that things aren't always as they appear to be.
Came back to the Westside, and commuting to work on PCH and Topanga Canyon, playing my favorite songs.

Hello to all, Living in Minnesota, yes, it is cold during the winter, but when Spring comes it is very beautiful. I love the flowers and the song birds. HELLO TO ALL
I am Sam's sister, Margie. He had planned to put his bio in here shortly before he passed away. I thought it fitting to do it in his place.
Sam went to UCLA after high school. He worked on the Daily Bruin and was a member of the honorary fraternity Order of the Golden Bruin. After graduating, he worked as a manager at The Broadway, and UCLA School of Public Health. Finally he followed his heart, went to law school, and was graduated from Pepperdine. He met his life companion during this time and they finally settled in the Bay Area.
His partner died of AIDS in 1991 and Sam continued his own struggle with this disease, eventually retiring on disability 3 years ago. He continued to live life to the fullest, traveling, spoiling his friends, and my own family with his time and generosity. He worked in the LiteracyPlus program in Hayward despite losing most of his sight. He battled on this past year in hopes that the newest drugs would give him the chance to regain his health but he finally lost the struggle in May ë97.
He is buried at Mt. Sinai Cemetery in LA (Glendale). Anyone who would like to remember him can contribute to any of your local librariesí LiteracyPlus programs or any AIDS charity. I am making a remembrance book for my family and myself and if you have any stories or memories about Sam and would be willing to share them with me, please email them to me at: theconnors@home.com.
Moved back to California after retiring as a high school principal in Las Vegas. I am now a superintendent of a small school district here in the Central Coast. Would love to hear from friends!
Still into VW Buses, some people never grow up!

In our spare time, we enjoy tropical vacations and cruises, boating, gardening, exercising and cooking for friends and family events.

Married Rod Etter ('70) in '77 and we have a beautiful daughter, Kaitlyn. As a senior at Claremont High School, she aspires to attend college on the east coast to major in Communications/PR & Musical Theatre. I currently help out at home as Rod's folks now reside with us, along with their caregiver. Rod is in his 26th year as a teacher of 7th & 8th grades at Potrero School in El Monte. We also include 2 dogs,Sandy & Rooster, along with 2 cats, Annie & Perdita, to our household adventure.
It was so much fun seeing everyone at the reunion! Seeing everyone felt just like returning after summer vacation. I don't think any of us look or feel like we're approaching 50! I moved to Colorado right after graduating from CSUN in 1977. I have been married for 23 years and have two daughters. Korinna is 21 and completing her first year of law school. Briana is 19, a journalism major, health and fitness minor, ready to start her junior year in college. Life has been good, although there were some very busy years working and raising kids. Now, the kids are out of the nest and I'm only working part time, learning to relax and really enjoy life. I'm returning to my roots, trading in high heeled pumps and office gray for Birkenstocks and long flowered hippie skirts. Love to hear from old friends.
I was part of the class but did not graduate from Samohi. Please keep me included.
Completed my military career. Now teaching high school. Having fun in the sun.

Kailua, Hi 96734
After living in Alaska for 13 years I moved to Hawaii where I now live with my wife and two boys.
Is anyone working on a 25-year reunion for '73 next year? I'd love to get involved.
March, 2001 - Yours truly is very happily settled on an 80-acre farm in North Alabama. My spouse, an equine artist by trade, is into horses in a very big way, specializing in combined training - dressage, cross country over obstacles, and stadium jumping. Daughter Cheri is in ninth grade, a budding artist and cartoonist, and about to get her learner's permit - yikes! Son Wesley starts kindergarten this fall, and is still set on being a railroad engineer, just like a young man I once knew.
I'm still having a grand time in the Training and Crew Operations Group at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. From July to November of this year, I'll be one of three communicators (by voice and/or video) between MSFC's Payload Operations Center and the International Space Station. Yes, someone's actually paying me to talk!
Extracurricular activities include helping my spouse with her art business, which includes a greeting card company, being a volunteer firefighter, and occasional involvement in community theater.
Give me a shout, eh?

I moved to the South Bay after meeting my (third) husband in 1995. I've been working for the California State University Chancellor's Office (headquarters) since 1980. I enjoy traveling (at least 2 long vacations a year), gourmet cooking, getting together with family and friends, and anything "shark", hence my nickname Sharky. I am a part-time activist in many good causes, some of which I highlight on my website.
