My husband, Steen, and I have just returned from an extended vacation to the country of his birth, DENMARK. We traveled as a three generation family (ten people) in two cars, commuting between the cars with walkie-talkies. We visited family and friends, some of whom Steen served with in the Danish underground during WW II. This was a celebration of our 50th anniversary. Our children and grandchildren live in three states and it was truly a treasured time together. Steen and I are already beginning to plan another family vacation when we retire in a few years. Upon our return to Hawaii we once more began our volunteer work in the CG AUX, teaching, sailing and flying. Please keep the personal stories coming for the years 1943-1946. You have some excellent writers that seem to capture the intense feelings of those years. I came to SAMOHI from Wisconsin, and have warm memories of the brief friendships I made while a student there. The Viking News continues to provide interest that makes one proud of being an alumni. Thank You.

Still a busy RE broker, organize vintage race car road races and enjoy the old car hobby. Still very interested in SM history.

Celebrated our "57th" Wedding Anniversary last June 2005. We have 24 grandchildren (includes 7 spouses), 6 great grandchildren & two more "greats" on the way! :) We are still living in Orem, Utah about 40 miles south of Salt Lake City. If you are traveling through Utah give us a call and we'll do lunch...or whatever.

Still at 1630 after all these years. Married to William Anderson 50yrs.last July. Where does the time go??????

I married John Flowers 2 months after graduation. He had just gotten out of the air force. After his college and Seminary graduation we pastored various churches - Church of the Nazarene - and have 6 children and 23 grandchildren and several great grandkids. Now we are working full time for our oldest daughter and husband at SensorLink and love it. This is a most interesting way to communicate. I wish more people had E-mail so we could chat easily.

Buzz and Betsy Bundgard Kahn, '46....after 12+ years living in motorhomes and traveling the country, we have settled down in Central Oregon near one of our daughters. We'll be celebrating our 59th wedding anniversary this November. 11 grands and 3 greats, most in Washington state. We still keep in contact with several classmates.
